Processing Technology of Slate

開采出板巖原礦后經吊裝選礦技術人員選礦后將原礦吊裝到紅外線切割機上，技術人員根據石材的形狀切割成材率最高的各種尺寸的四方原石墩料，墩料切割完畢后經履帶將巖塊送至劈分車間，工人根據板材尺寸及客戶的要求劈分成所需厚度的瓦板，經檢驗合格后送至修邊車間，工人按客戶要求尺寸進行修邊，修邊完畢檢驗合格后送至安裝孔制作車間，工人根據客戶要求制作安裝孔，一般安裝孔為兩個。安裝孔制作完畢后，經過檢驗合格后進行裝箱，運至倉儲。具體流程如下：巖塊→切割機修整成墩石料→手工劈分成毛料板→電動打邊機切割規格板材→制作安裝孔→檢驗包裝。 

Extracted crude slate ores are lifted to a place where they are dressed. Those out of the dressing process are lifted to an IR cutting machine where they are cut into  square blocks of optimal sizes that can ensure a highest yield. These blocks are then be carried by a conveyor to slicing workshop where they are cut into slices of certain thickness specified by customers. Slices checked are then trimmed by customerspecified dimensions in trimming workshop and finally, the trimmed slices passed are conveyed into a workshop where mounting holes, usually two, are made. After that, they are boxed and warehoused. The whole process can be summarized as: rock masses → cut and trimmed by a cutting machine → sliced into planks → cut to customer-specified dimensions → mounting holes made → checked and packaged
